After the first album of the group (Anawa, 1970) with beautiful, romantic, acoustic ballads to the words of Polish poets, the band changed its line-up and style. With the new musicians, which played until yet jazz, jazzrock or oriental music, begun Anawa its journey into the mostly improvisated, acoustic progressive folkrock with sometimes oriental roots, but also with beautiful, lyrical melodies and incredible voice of Marek Grechuta. "Korowod" with the 10 minutes long, full of improvisations brilliant title song is the best result of this trip. The newest issue contains 8 bonus tracks from 1970 - 1971, including live version of the title song.

The most rocking album of the band, but - as always - played on the acoustic instruments (here also with electric guitars). Less oriental and lyric, more avantgarde and rock as on "Korowod". Still fascinating progressive folkrock to the words of wisdom of the Polish poets, but also of "Gilgamesh" and Giordano Bruno. The new vocal soloist is Andrzej Zaucha from Dzamble group.

Incredible album of the great voice known from Blackout and Bizony groups' albums. Recorded with the best jazz musicians of those times features music between jazz, rock and some kind of dark chanson, very unique. This CD release comes together with His second album, called "Szukam przyjaciela" from 1974, also very interesting, with some dramatic songs, but closer to good pop or variety music.

Great musicians and - first of all - fantastic Ryszard Riedel on vocal; without doubt the best Polish vocalist after Niemen. The first solo album of Grechuta after leaving Anawa group. Played by the jazz musicians with ascetic arrangements (guitars, double-bass, piano and various percussions), brings progressive folkrock with: light jazzy touch, beautiful melodies, really poetical atmosphere and words of the contemporary Polish poets. This release contains seven bonus tracks.

The first and only one album of the Grechuta new group. WIEM (what means: I KNOW) is from the name "W Innej Epoce Muzycznej" (In Another Music Era). The music, as always with folky and jazzy inspirations, is now closer to the progressive or even avantgarde rock; the long songs (including over 14 minutes long suite) are full of brilliant improvisations. This release includes 9 bonus tracks recorded 1972 - 1976.
